About the CRE

Naevi, or moles, are among the most common benign pathologies in humans and are of upmost relevance for the diagnosis of melanoma.

The Centre of Research Excellence for the Study of Naevi is taking an innovative approach to tackle the early diagnosis of melanoma by focusing on naevi.

This CRE is supported by the Australian Government National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) APP1099021.
